Extracting messages.mbox.bz2

• Windows: Install a tool like 7-Zip. Right-click the downloaded messages.mbox.bz2 file, select 7-Zip > Extract to, and choose or create a new folder for extraction.
• Mac: Double-click the messages.mbox.bz2 file to automatically extract it to the same folder. If it doesn't work, use Terminal: navigate to the file's directory and run bunzip2 -k messages.mbox.bz2 to extract it.
• Linux: Open a terminal, navigate to the folder containing messages.mbox.bz2, and run bunzip2 -k messages.mbox.bz2. The extracted file will be in the same directory.

• Windows: Install the "ImportExportTools NG" add-on. Go to Tools > ImportExportTools NG > Import mbox file, and select the downloaded .mbox file.
• Mac: Install "ImportExportTools NG" from Thunderbird Add-ons. Navigate to Tools > ImportExportTools NG > Import mbox file, then locate and open the .mbox file.
• Linux: Add the "ImportExportTools NG" extension. Access Tools > ImportExportTools NG > Import mbox file, and import your file.
